• Sign up for the Memseed AI "Join Waitlist" form. For this, we collect your email address to notify you about the product's launch.
• Engage with Memseed Academy services, where you may provide information necessary for tutoring arrangements.

• Embedded YouTube Videos: Available on our homepage. These videos are disabled by default and will only become active if you give consent via our cookie banner. We use YouTube's enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) which only sets session cookies if you interact with the videos. These cookies expire when you close your browser. Please note that while these cookies are mentioned in our cookie consent banner, their dynamic nature (only set upon interaction) means their evaluation relies on pre-defined information from YouTube and manual inspection.
• Social Media Icons: Clicking a social media link redirects you; no cookies are placed unless you engage.
• Third-Party Platforms for Memseed Academy: For Memseed Academy, we utilize third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Google Drive for educational materials and communications. While we do not share your personal data directly with these platforms beyond what is necessary for service provision (e.g., your name for a Zoom meeting), your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Audit Logging

We store pseudonymous data (IP (partial), country, browser agent) securely on AWS, with data for UK/EU users stored in the UK (eu-west-2) region and for other users in the US (us-east-1) region.

Retention: 24 months.

• Waiting list data: Stored until the Memseed AI platform launches or for up to 12 months after launch, or until you request deletion.
• Analytics data (GA4): 14 months.
• Audit logs: Retained for 24 months.
• Memseed Academy data: Personal data collected for Memseed Academy services is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except as necessary for the provision of services (e.g., through third-party platforms like Zoom or Google Classroom, or for payment processing). Contact details may be used for communication regarding sessions and updates. We retain this data for as long as necessary to provide the services and comply with legal obligations.
